Christopher (Kip) McMahan, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has served as a Principal Architect providing direction on numerous higher education and commercial real estate projects with architecture firms in Providence, Boston and New York. He is currently Campus Planning Leadr at AECOM and the former University Architect and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Facilities Planning and Delivery at UW - Madison, placing an emphasis on project charters to manage scope and budget. A strategic thinker, he provides leadership for master plans and capital projects, and is proficient in capital budgets, client programming, and early design through construction administration.
